Looking for a Solar Energy option that can handle pumping 300,000 litres a day
And also can be used for Lighting

What are your suggestions?

KPLC bills are giving me nightmares.

That's alot of pumping capacity. You need to provide
Pump specifications
Borehole depth/ head
Storage height
Distance from pump to storage
Etc. A good professional will have to visit the site and assess before quoting. I would advise you talking the original designer and installer.
